Progress gauge widget

Can the attached image be designed using Gauge widget.If so,please help me with the property values I have to provide as I am getting a full circle when I tried to.Please provide xml file if possible.Thanks in advance.

     Make Gaugeborder  property to zero ,place rectangle shape to cover lower half of progress gauge to match with background color and place circle shape to cover inner color.Please find the attached file.
