I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.2 and DatecodeSP12

We had an issue in one of the production site where we are unable to write the property of one thing which has been created to communicate with the kepware server and updating the kepware tags.

Please assist us further on this case and it is impacting the production as well as business application.

We have attached the error snapshots which was captured from the thingworx application logs and script log while we are trying to update the property.

    1) Nothing is attached.

    2) 9.2 was released 2021, it is out of support for quite a while now. You should update to a supported version and see if that fixes your issue first.

    3) The problem description given is minimal, even if the logs were attached. You should explain the architecture more detailed.
