Protocol Adapter SDK socket port

Hi!

I'm trying the Protocol Adapter application, but when I run the MegaTrackerSimultator class on the socket port 23101 (that port works for the myConnectionServer thing),

it throws the exception: Couldn't get I/O for the connection to 52.6.142.170.

How can I solve this problem?
