Hi,

 

I am also getting same Error while using timeserise chart custom widget, which I have downloaded from PTC marketplace.

Error

09:59:04 ERROR - TW.Runtime.Workspace.Mashups.getWidget exception loading widget { name: Error, message: timeSeriesChartV2doesn't exist }

Tomcat version: Tomcat 8.5

Thingworx version:  ThingWorx 8.2.1-b140

google chrome version: Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)

same is working fine in Internet Explorer, I am only getting an issue on Google Chrome explorer.

initially, this was work fine on google chrome, but after few minutes it started giving me above mention error.

 

what I did to solve this issue.

follow all the instruction which is mention in below support article

but still, the issue is not resolved.

Hi @kpatel-21 I can't seem to reproduce this. Which extension version are you working with? Would it be possible to share screenshot from the Import / Export > Extensions > Manage ?

Hi @kpatel-21 thanks for adding the screenshot, i still can't reproduce this. Is the behaviour same for you if you'd try to access this from the Incognito Mode of the Chrome?
