how can I  get this elipse plugin if l don't have the download access in the front web link?

Can you give me a favor to download this plugin directly?

Unfortunately we're unable to provide extensions in this manner that are under PTC support.  If another individual in your company has a PTC support account, they should be able to download the extension assuming your support agreement is current.  

 

If you're unsure of your company's current standing, please private message me with your company name and I will investigate.

    You can find a direct link in chapter 2 of https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/eclipse-plugin-thingworx-extension-development-tutorial/en/resources/guides/eclipse-plugin-thingworx-extension-development-tutorial - I think the guides are free, just need an PTC account. Also the download to the extension SDK is available there (needed for the plugin to setup).
