Hi, could you tell me how did you get this properties?
I tried opening it in Visual Studio 2017, and all properties I get are MFC Mode and Filename. (check attached image)

Hi @davidvojnic.

There should be a setting somewhere on the file for "copy always" or "copy never" but from performing a Google search, this appears to be an issue with Visual Studio 2017. You will have to investigate from that side.
