Reason:504 message

Hi,

I am observing the "Could not load mashupxxx". Reason:504 message in web browser after some time. There is no network disconnection. Is there any other reason will observe this message?. Could you suggest.

How does your URL looks like, is there any typo there ?

Which browser are you using? If you are using Internet Explorer , could you try using Chrome or Firefox and let us know if you are facing the same issue?

What is the version of your ThingWorx platform ?

Hi,

In "WSCommunicationSubsystem", response message timeout was 30sec. I have increased to 40sec now.

I am expecting this is the cause to get 504 message.

Thank you for response.

My URL like "https://xxxxxxxx". I am using chrome. Thingworx version is 8.5.1.
