Reloading a Mashup containing a Contained Mashup widget results to blank page

I have a Mashup that contains another mashup using the Contained Mashup widget. When I first navigate to this mashup, it can be seen and interacted with correctly. However, reloading the page through the browser "Reload" button it results in a blank white page.

 

I am using Thingworx Platform 9.4.

I discovered that the bug was caused by missing permissions for a Them of the contained Mashup.

Hello @amunozherrera ,
I have not worked with the Contained Mashup Widget. Please review Article - CS235825 - How to refresh Contained Mashup widget in ThingWorx Platfrom I believe it is the solution you need.
