Remote access to ThingWorx Platform

Hi all,

I have installed TWX platform to Windows Server.

What is the best practice for safety remote acces to platform for different users (developers not customers) from various net ? 

Is possible to have more Administrator´s account ? I think that one person (developer) have own account and others developers does not see his project/practices or not able to make change on it.
