Remote thing connectivity

Hi,

I am using remote things to store few properties of a sensor.

The connection was good and was getting data well and was getting store. But suddenly after few days, there is loss of connection and data is not not getting pushed. when checked on the connector side data was present but the same was not reflecting in the remote thing property.
I observed that the remote thing had lost connection with the connector thing.

What might be the root cause for this? and how can I solve this issue permanently?
