Reset Password feature

Hey, i want to enable the reset password feature in a form login page of Thingworx. I have downloaded the mail extension and did configuration as well.

 

on clicking on Reset password button the mail is not coming and i am unable to figure out how to write Reset Email Content

 

please help me with how to give link in a Reset Email Content option of Organiser page.

Hi @Rish

 

Have you tested the email feature outside of the password reset?  You'll need to validate email is working before you can continue to the next step.

 

Let us know and we'll be happy to try to come up with other solutions.

Yeah, the mail extention thing is working outside of the reset password and mail is getting received for that.

 

but when i tried on reset password feature, unable to get the mail.

Within the organization, did you enable password reset and identify the mail server?
