Service cannot be called on Mashup

Hi,

I've imported the .xml file which includes services our developers provided. But when I view the mashup which utilizes this service, this error pops up:

And the mashup becomes like this:

Does anyone encounter this before? any possible cause?

P.S. I've tried re-import the file and extensions. not working.

Hi @lizhaori 

 

It would look like your developer forgot to add some entities in the export or that some configurations steps are needed (possibly permission).

You could edit the mashup and locate how this field in error is coded to see if it relies on an entity that is possibly missing (entity which in turn would hold the service).
