Service code does not get executed at given interval

I have followed this tutorial to setup Rasbperry pi device. The device gets connected and inital values get upload the server. But the service code does not get executed at given interval and the modified values are not getting uploaded to server.

 

Is there more configuration needs to invoke the method written "GetSystemProperties"

Somehow it got resolved. I followed the steps in tutorials again and it started communicating with server.

Could you upload logs (EMS logs and ThingworxStorage/logs) for review?

Somehow it got resolved. I followed the steps in tutorials again and it started communicating with server.
