Session parameter issue(session parameter empty)

Hi,

  I am facing an issue in session parameter , as am getting it empty. I need to pass my mashup name as parameter to another mashup. I am getting seeion as emty as shown below

and when i looked into Subsytem--> usermanagementsubsytem--> it is not running. see the below screenshot.

Please help me to solve this issue? Reply as soon as possible,
