SSO with AD The system is currently encountering an authentication error

It works fine, But  sometimes throws an error like currently encountering Authentication configuration error.
While searching for the error I found about logback.xml to resolve. It is necessary for configuring SSO??
If necessary means where can I get that?

Hey, no need for logback.xml.

Please check in ThingWorx SecurityLogs at the timestamps when this error occured. You will see some details what has failed.

 

SecurityLogs you can find in Composer (next to ScriptLogs) or also on server itself ThingworxStorage/logs/SecurityLogs....
