Stream data Import/Export issue

Hi Folks,

 

We have huge amount of data in streams, when we export all data from streams Thingworx instance gets down.

is there any other way to take entire backup.

What is your backend database? How do you perform the export?

We use PostgreSQL for the backend.
Data export is done manually and we perform below steps :
1. Go to Import/Export menu
2. In Export section, select "To file" option.
3. Select "Data" tab on that dialogue box.
4. On data tab, select collection "Streams".
5. Specify the "path".
5. click on Export button.
