Suggestible text field in Thingworx

Hi All,

 

I am in exploring a possibility to create Suggestible text field in TWX mashup, just like suggestion box picker in Windchill PDMLink. In simple term, as soon as user starts typing in the text field, it should start suggesting matching values. For ex:

Any thought on how this can be achieved in TWX 9.2.x? Source of data for the field is external DB in our case.

I am not sure if something like this is readily available in 9.x. There used to be a widget with the name Autocomplete which used to do the same thing, I would recommend you to see the base code as I think that's available on Github(If you are not able to find it, let me know). I haven't used that in 9.x, you can get a basic idea from there if you are thinking to build a custom web component-based widget for 9.x.
