I use the chartWidget_ExtensionPackage , but the bar chart is not works.The situation is shown in the screenshot，Thanks！

Hi @LiuDong can you confirm if the service, which you are using as the data for the chart, is invoked on mashup load? If its not, is there any other event which is invoking the service to fetch the data for displaying it on the chart?

 

Also I would check if correct DataShape is assigned to the service's output.

I confirm the service has mapping the chart and the DataShape is set to the infotable what it is the output of service.

 I think maybe some bug in the newest vision.  Could you share me some older vision of the chartWidget_ExtensionPackage ?

Thanks for confirming all those details, could you also check how & when the service is invoked which is providing output to the chart?

 

Sorry I may have missed this information, but which version of chart are you using?
