ThingPredictor Connection Error

Hello,

I am running Thingworx Analytics 8.2 and ThingPredictor 8.2.

I deployed the ThingPredictor, build a model in Analytics Builder and also configurate a provider in Analytics Mangager.

But if I am trying to publish a model, it doesn't work correctly. I get the status message <<Model deployment failed on connector For input string: "19.0" >> and my ThingPredictor agent shut down because of a WebSocket Error.

I am also not able to open the detail View of my provider. If I do this, the ThingPrdictor agent shut down too.

What could be the reason for this issue?

Best regards

Hi Cedrik

The error "Model deployment failed on connector For input string" can be fixed following the steps at https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS283363

I am not sure about the other points you mentionned, especially the agent shuting down ... are you sure it is stopping ?

There is a very well known "issue" with websoocket error being printed on regular basis even with all is fine. those can be ignored and do not affect the funcitonality, see https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS280318 . I would think this is what you see.

Regarding not beign able to View the provider, you may want to check https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS270180 .

Hope this helps
