ThingWorks 9.3.8 error

Hi guys,

I try to install thingworx foundation, but close to ending process appears error popup " there has been an error. fundation instalation Failed the application wil exit now"

Windows Server 2019
Fundation vr: 9.3.8
Java :11.0.12

Remote
MSSQL 19.02

the problem it's solved, we have error in %Java_Home%, once corrected it worked perfectly

Please refer to this article to find the installer error log

 

Refer to this article once you find an exact error message 

 

If there is some other issue please upload Installer.log to check further
