thingworx 503 service unavailable

Hi,

We are having a 503 service error with Thingworx for maybe the 5th time. It is not a trial edition. This happens whenever we install a software, or when we have a Windows update. Please help because it is getting frustrating to spend this much time solving thingworx problems (Also sometimes random crashes that is solved by restarting the computer.)
