Unable to fetch License file after completing installation process.Please help me on this!

Hi @KN_9954684.

 

What is happening when you try to fetch the license?  What method are you using:  Connected or Disconnected?

Disconnected Installation

 

ThingworxStorage folder is getting created but license file is not getting generated inside ThingworxPlatform folder

ThingWorx 8.4 is not supported as of January this year.
