Thingworx 8.5/9.0 - AD Directory Service

Hello All,

1.I'm new to AD.

2.I've setup AD on a Win2012r2

3.I've installed TWX8.5/Win2016, and import AD - Directory Service, based on https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/enabling-ldap-authentication-thingworx

4.I'm unable to find the settings in AD, which i can use to configure the TWX - AD - Directory Service - configuration page.

Pls advise. Thanks

Looks like you are doing everything right.

Not sure if you've check the helpcenter

Dear Pai Chung,

1.Appreciate your prompt reply.

2.Have read the user guide, which you're provided. I realize that my AD configuration is different from the one in the user guide. Pls help to take a look.

3.Have setup Windows AD on another computer. Plan to test the TWX - AD configuration w/ the installed Windows AD. However, was stuck as i can't find the corresponding settings to match. See, below, w/ the AD. Would you please show me where i can the settings in AD? 

4.I've tested the AD. It works okay, as i'm able to login as a domain user from another computer.
