Thingworx 8.5. Refresh service not responding with contained mashup

Hi guys,

I am read all the community posts about the container refresh. I applied the settings as recommended by this post but the contained mashup still does not refresh.

I have two drop down lists.  One indicates the mashup to load the other the entity data to pass to that mashup.  The contained mashup only refreshes when the mashup to load is changed not when the entity data is changed.

I am also passing a start and end date to the mashup.

The selectedrows changed and the update event on the dropdown and time selected are bound to the refresh of the contained mashup but neither one when changed executes a refresh.

If anyone has advice please let me know.
