thingworx administrator password forgot

Hi,

I do have TWx 8.

I am logging with Administrator User and I set its password as admin.

I wa sable to login.

But suddenly somehow it is not allowing me.

I am getting this in logs:

Hi Prashant,

Did you import any entities recently. If you imported an entity package that included the Administrator user entity, the password will be overwritten.

    yeah I did that.

    I got some project related entities from my friend.

    And I imported them.

    What the password will be then???

    If the person who sent you the password customized the Administrator user, only they can give you the current password. There is one more possible way to modify the password. If you have an application key with Administrator privileges, then you can update the password through the REST API. Are there any known Admin Application Keys?
