thingworx analytics and Thingworx platform

I am using Thingworx Platform i have connected to kepserverEX to know the machine data's and now if i want to do predictive analysis should i go for Thingworx analytics or it can be done in Thingworx platform?

It seems like you are off to a great start with your machine connected to your ThingWorx Foundation server using KepserverEX.

 

ThingWorx platform refers to the entire suite of ThingWorx products including: Foundation, Analytics, Industrial Connectivity, as well as other products. In order to do analytics on your machine data, you need to connect your Foundation server to a ThingWorx Analytics Server. You can then create customized predictive analytics models in ThingWorx Analytics specific for your machine. Once you have created your models, you can create a web application using ThingWorx Foundation to visualize and send alerts based on those models.
