I have uploaded additional data to my dataset, but my model is not changed according to newly added data. Please suggest me that Is there any way to get it or I need to create new model and publish to Analytics Manager for every time I add new data into my dataset.

Once the model is created it is not automatically updated when new data is added.
You will need to create a new model for that. You should be able to use the Retrain button for that, see Help Center.
