Thingworx auth - 511 - connect timed out

Hello guys !

I have created an Thingworx environnemnt in oct 2016 but since some days It doesn't want to work. I am crashing when I want to log with

HTTP Status 511 - connect timed out

note : My Thingworx instance protocol is HTTPS and is auth is done with Windchill with the provider

the redirection is working

Any helps will be really appreciated

Hi Stephane, have you checked the Tomcat's catalina log and also the platform logs from ThingWorx? May be also check the logs from Windchill side as well.

Was there recent update applied to JDK/JRE environment?
