Thingworx Composer and Runtime not opening

@sankararaman Is this a fresh installation? Or was it working earlier and suddenly you started facing this issue? What is the status of tomcat service? 

You're trying to open a particular mashup. Are you still getting an error when opening "plain" composer UI (i.e. https://tealums.titan.in/Thingworx )?

Does it affect other mashups, or they work correctly?

Before going further (this would require getting digging log files), I'd restart the system, if possible and check is the issue is gone.

It's hardly possible anything else without seeing log files for the system.

@sankararaman , Kindly share the logs if possible, else it is inconclusive to make a statement without checking the logs.
