ThingWorx composer fails to start

Hi,

I have been trying to log in to the TW composer but suddenly, it stopped responding with a 401 error (attached screenshot). It was working absolutely fine until a day or two ago. What exactly happened here and how to rectify it?

Please find attached the application logs.

Also, the drive where TW is locally stored is suddenly full.

    They will use a new version thingworx 8.2. So that it is stopping now, but soon will work

    Really? How long will it take to resolve this issue, any idea?


    It can be really problematic if such a system is employed in any production environment and it stops working just for the update.

    Yes you are right, but update is important.
