Thingworx csv export functionality

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.2 and DatecodeSP2


Hi Team, We are facing issue while exporting the grid data into csv format in one of the production site and we have seen that service output results are correct format, however it is not in correct format in csv. we have attached the screenshots of service output,region settings and csv format, please investigate this issue and assist us further on this case.

1) Please note this is a forum, not a support desk. Any help given here is voluntary.

2) Attachments are missing

3) 9.2 is out of support, so you might want to update to a current version (e.g. 10.0) and check if the problem persists. If it is a product issue, it might get fixed, it surely won't get fixed on 9.2

There  is a CSV Parser for ThingWorx Extension which is maintained by iqnox.com 
If this tool does not provide what you need, there is a 3rd party library which can be used to create your own custom extension. The Apache POI has the ability to create CSV as well as Excel files.

If you can provide more detail on what  you are seeing I might be able to offer more directions

You identify ThingWorx 9.2.2 as the platform being used.  This version is out of support. I will be happy to assist you with identifying any issues and investigation of possible work arounds. If you have a support agreement with PTC, opening a support case is recommended.
