ThingWorx Event Concurrency

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.2 and DatecodeSP15

Thingworx Event Concurrency

Please see attached document for more information.

What is causing these multiple event executions and how do we prevent those? Is it possible to setup single threading on this functionality? Can wait times be placed on thread executions to prevent missing data table entries?
