Thingworx Fails to Start - CRITICAL ERROR ON STARTUP: Unable to initialize and start system: null

Trying to start the thingworx, but fails to start with the following error:

CRITICAL ERROR ON STARTUP: Unable to initialize and start system: null

Gone through following articles, but nothing is working.

Are you still experiencing an issue? If so, what version of ThingWorx are you running? Are the ThingWorx logs getting created?

It would be helpful for you to provide the Tomcat logs for a closer review.
