Thingworx Foundation Trial Installation fails

Im not able to install Thingworx9 on window 8.1.Seems to have Installation error.Can you please suggest few ways to overcome that.

Hi @CK_10001116 ,

 

Do you install Thingworx via Thingworx Installer or do you install it manually? If you are using installer, please try to install it manually.

In addition, please note: Refer to https://release-advisor.ptc.com/releaseMatrix?releaseId=621, the following Operating Systems are supported for 9.2. It is suggested to install Thingworx on supported platform.

 

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.2
Ubuntu 18.04
Ubuntu 20.04
Windows Server 2019
Windows Server 2016

Hi @CK_10001116.

 

I see that you are installing the trial version.  Did you refer to the appropriate installation guide at the bottom of this page?  Please provide the installer logs and we'll try to assist further.
