Question

Thingworx installation can't open PID file ubuntu

I have to install an experience service and folled along the docs like 3 times and always getting the same error, when checking tomcat8.5.service status

I really need help, i have no idea of what shoud i do next, and any idea how to setup experience service in general.

Are you trying to install ThingWorx on Ubuntu?

I followed multiple times the article and having the same issue. Can we schedule a call or something similar to assist? I really need help

I would request you to open  a support case and also share all the installation logs so that we can analyze the log further and assist.
