Thingworx License Issue

Hello,

 

Is there a problem with the PTC license manager?

 

I am not able to download the license. When I click retrieve the server returns status 500 (server error).

Appears to be working right now. Could you please check again/try a different browser/see if a firewall possibly blocking?

Thanks for the info. In this case I guess it's something wrong with my account.

 

I checked with other browser, but from the header response it is clear that there is a crash (internal server error).
