ThingWorx Native Interface One or more value change updates lost due to insufficient space

Hi Team,

We are running tests to send data from Kepserver to Thingworx. At thingworx platform, we have create multiple things to receive the data at 10k events/sec.  However, we see the following messages at kepserver message console 

"ThingWorx Native Interface  One or more value change updates lost due to insufficient space in the connection buffer. | Number of lost updates:15000"

My current scan rate is 1000 ms. I tried increasing scan rate and publish rate but still seeing these errors

Problems/Queries

1. Is there any tunable which needs to be configured for this buffer ?

2. Is there a limitation with Postgres to accept records at 10K events/sec ?
