Thingworx User password is not working as expected : Unable to Login

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.7 and DatecodeF000

We have 2 server both server facing same issue : User is unable to authenticate with legitimate password

Here are the errors that I faced

    Are you facing the issue for any particular user or it is there for all the users?

    To test, create a new, local user and try to login with that.

    If that doesn't work, something might be wrong with your keystore.
