Thingworx User permission

Hello! Please, i need a help. When i create a new user, give hin permissions, but when i log in as this user, try to open a thing, i get the download line, what security log says attached as well as what applications log says.

Hi,

 

Please create application key for that user in Thingworx > Security > Application Keys, add in User name Reference your user.

I tried your suggestion, but problem is not solved yet, unfortunately.

Hi @borisov,

It's very important to understand, that when you open a Thing in Composer, you need to have a visibility not only on this Thing, but also on Template. It's pretty logical, you cannot open General information page, where you have mentioned a Template, when you should not see this Template.
