Hi,

There are 2 options ipad potrait and ipad landscape in Thingworx workspace. What are the resolution for these two options? Please let us know the exact resolution for these two.

  • Height: 768
  • Width: 1024

iPad Portrait:

  • Height: 1024
  • Width: 768

Thanks for your swift response. 

We wanted to design the screens in iPad generation 3 : resolution 1536 x 2048. How can we design this in ThingWorx? Could you please suggest us.

Which version of ThingWorx are you running?  Improvements for iOS devices were introduced in ThingWorx 9.0.  Prior to this release, there were a number of issues affecting mobile devices and there are no plans to update those earlier versions.
