Threshold Transform Property Not Working

Hi all,

Having a little trouble getting a threshold transform property to work. My goal in this example is to count how many of the last two property values are above the threshold. The data is changing to above the threshold but the transform is not occurring. Anyone familiar with how this specific transform works? Was able to get other simple ones like mean to work easily.
