Time Series Chart v2 not displaying anything

I believe this question has already been asked on here, but I still cannot find a solution for it despite trying the solutions provided so I'm asking this again. I have imported the timeSeriesChartV2 extension from the PTC marketplace and attached below is the default time series chart and the time series chart v2 extension.

The default time series chart is showing the data correctly whereas the time series chart v2 isn't despite both of their data being binded the same way. I have set the X-AxisField to timestamp and DataField1 to TimeSeriesProperty which is a number under the property of my Thing. Any idea why the timeSeriesChartV2 is not displaying anything?
