I want to highlight the filtered result shown in a Filter using a ThingWorx grid. Kindly share me the implementation steps. Thank you.

Could you share some more information about your question?  Please include ThingWorx version and perhaps some screenshots of what you're trying to accomplish.  It seems like you could possibly use state formatting or CSS to accomplish your goal, but it would help to know exactly what you're trying to do.
