Trial Server connection problems
Hi All,
I just want to know WHY this error happens:
"connection with pp-1802191911zu.devportal.ptc.io refused"
It happens a lot of times from nothing and for nothing. Are you serious...
Because a full server running ThingWorx is provisioned and activated for anyone who provides just an email address, the system will pause instances when it sees no activity. To be sure your free instance is running, or to restart it, click on the "server" icon in the upper right when you are logged in to developer.thingworx.com.
