Trying to upgrade thingworx but it is failing with errors

Hello

 

I am trying to upgrade thingworx but it is failing with following errors

 

Error executing action `run` on resource 'execute[upgrade path installer running db scripts: "D:\PTC\ThingworxFoundation/thingworx/update/update_mssql.ps1"]

Mixlib::ShellOut::ShellCommandFailed

Any help would be appreciated.
