unable to access the ThingWorx runtime on our server. The error displayed is '502 Bad Gateway'.

I am using ThingWorx Platform Release 9.0 and DatecodeSP1

We are unable to access the ThingWorx runtime on our server. The error displayed is 502 Bad Gateway.

Additionally, localhost:8080 is not responding.
We need your immediate support to resolve this issue.

    You need to log a ticket with PTC Support for anything immediate. This is a community forum.

      Hello @JJ_10299656 ,

       

      I believe you got an answer to your issue in Article - CS330705 - ThingWorx fails to start up with error "Current license is past expiration date. Shutting down the platform!"
