unable to add data in thingworx analytics server 8.3.2

I'm using windows 2016 server edition 4 cores 16gb ram and 50 gb of memory I am unable to add data all i can see is the status and freezes there.

Creating copy of Configuration File...
Creating copy of Data File...
Submitting Create Dataset request...

Thingworx analytics server editon 8.3.2 and same for the foundation

how can I add the data

Could you please check if you twas-zookeeper microservice remain in paused state. Follow the below article to resolve this issue.
