Unable to connect to hosted server

I am using the Hosted Server for evaluation. The server status shows running, when I try to launch it shows pp-1808241816mn.devportal.ptc.io refused to connect.

Please help me on what the problem is.

I have switched to local server. Haven't tried the rest API on local server.
