Unable to control remote laptop with Utilities - Remote Connection

Hi,

I configured an ems in a laptop (Windows 10) to connect to a Thingworx running on a cloud server. I managed to access to this laptop from another one, using Thingworx Utilities Asset Manager (Chrome). File transfer is successful but when I start remote connection session, I can only view the remote screen but can't control it. I checked the WebSocketTunnel widget properties and "View Only" is not checked. UltraVNC configuration is attached. Is there something I missed?
