Unable to download extensions from PTC Marketplace

Hi,

 

I am unable to download any extension from PTC Marketplace.

It is giving the following error : 

"Product is temporarily unavailable. Please try again after 30 minutes or contact support at http://www.ptc.com/marketplace/contact so we can get this resolved."

 

Please let me know whether it is a license issue or generic issue of the PTC Marketplace?

I can confirm the issue you are experiencing with the PTC Marketplace is not account specific. Our PTC Marketplace Team is looking into the issue. I will provide a further update here when root cause has been identified and the site is functioning as expected..
